Title: An Analysis of Urogenital Infectious Diseases in rural Harnett County, NC

The purpose of this project is to investigate the type, frequency, and severity of urogenital infectious diseases seen patients treated at the Campbell University Community Care Clinic (CUCCC) in Harnett County, NC. This study is a retrospective cohort study where the investigators analyzed patients’ health charts in attempt to identify the most common etiologies of urogenital infectious disease and frequency of such diseases. By identifying the prevalence & severity of these diseases, we can better understand and address the deficits in rural health care, and devise methods to prevent future occurrences.
