Organizational behavior has identified a variety of behaviors such as consistency and bias suppression that constitute procedural justice. This analysis borrows from the organizational literature and applies it to the context of sexual assault reporting at universities, assessing the impact of demonstrated procedural justice on perceived legitimacy from the victim and the accused.
