Research Assistance

The Library Services Desk is located on the first floor of the library. Librarians are available either virtually or in-person to help you locate information, direct you to research materials, and assist you with other library-related needs from 8 am-10 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am-6 pm Friday, 11 am-5 pm Saturday, and 2-10 pm on Sunday when the library is open. Librarians can help you search for information as well as develop search strategies for reports, papers, and term projects.

You can also get research help by clicking the “Ask” button on most library webpages. The "Ask" button will take you to options where you can:

  • Chat with a reference librarian online
  • Join our Ask a Librarian Zoom Room
  • Call at (910)-893-1467
  • Email at reference@campbell.edu

For in-depth help with your research, you can make an appointment with your subject librarian based on available times in your librarian's calendar.

Library staff provide research assistance services for Campbell University students, faculty, and staff members. Campbell Librarians may redirect community patrons to an appropriate resource, such as a public or school library. Librarians are not recommended to provide academic support for students at other institutions.
